ചോദിക്കാനും പറയാനും

ഇവിടെ ചോദിക്കാനും പറയാനും ആരുമില്ല എന്നു കരുതി എന്തുമാകാമെന്ന് കരുതരുത്.

If you have something that you don't want anyone to know, maybe you shouldn't be doing it in the first place. If you really need that kind of privacy, the reality is that search engines -- including Google -- do retain this information for some time and it's important, for example, that we are all subject in the United States to the Patriot Act and it is possible that all that information could be made available to the authorities.

മോസിലയുടെ കമ്മ്യൂണിറ്റി ഡെവലപ്പ്മന്‍റ് ഡയറക്ടര്‍ ആണെങ്കിലും തലയ്ക്കകത്ത് ആളുതാമസമുള്ള ആസാ ഡൊറ്റ്സ്‍ലര്‍ ഗൂഗിളിനെ വിടാന്‍ ഫയര്‍ഫോക്സ് അണികളെ ആഹ്വാനം ചെയ്തു കഴിഞ്ഞു.

Microsoft has as many or more online properties and web apps as Google. Microsoft has an intentional policy of not connecting those to your search data while Google has a policy of building up the richest possible profile of you by combining what they know from all of those accounts and services and storing that very personal and very identifiable information for a very long time. I was sort of OK with that policy because I thought Google cared deeply about protecting my privacy. Now that I see what their CEO really thinks of my privacy, that policy is no longer acceptable to me.

ചക്ക വെട്ടാൻ കത്തി വേണം. മൂർച്ചയുള്ളതാവുന്നതാണ് നല്ലത്. മൂർച്ചയുള്ളത് ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ അറിയാവുന്നവന് അതിന്റെ ഗുണം കിട്ടും. മൂർച്ചയില്ലാത്ത കത്തി ഉപയോഗിക്കാനിഷ്ടമുള്ളവനങ്ങനെയും (മൂർച്ചച്ച ക്കൂടിയത് ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ പേടി ഉള്ളവൻ എന്ന് വ്യഗ്യം) ആവാം.. എന്ന് വെച്ച് ഗൂഗിളിന്റെ കത്തി തന്നെ ചക്ക മുറിക്കാൻ ബെസ്റ്റ് ;)
